Vanguard Technology Consulting, LLC operates a Customer Care SMS messaging program that allows clients and prospects to receive text messages related to their service requests, support tickets, scheduled appointments, and account communications. Messages originate from (888) 873-3838 and are sent only to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive them.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Responses to inquiries you submit through our website or by phone
  • Support ticket updates and status changes
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Service alerts, maintenance notices, and incident updates
  • Account-related notifications (billing reminders, document requests)

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent box on our contact form when you submit your phone number, or by giving verbal or written consent to a Vanguard Technology Consulting, LLC team member during the course of service. Consent is never assumed and is never a condition of receiving any goods or services from us.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message you receive from us
  • Call us at (888) 873-3838 during business hours
  • Email us at [email protected]

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported Carriers and Liability
